Janitorial Services

VETPRO provides employment for disabled personnel support for all janitorial that meet the flexibility and standard of any requirement. We provide environment/medical/ healthcare cleaning and disinfection, hazardous waste handling, infection prevention and safety. We certified and train disabled personnel to perform the services as required by federal, state, local requirement for environment and medical cleaning standards including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certified, Bloodborne Pathogen Training and Product Training.

VETPRO personnel provides the following services 24/7/365 days (about 12 months) a year:

Trash Removal:

Empty all trash containers, replace liners as needed; DO NOT place leaking trash bags on carpet.
Dispose of trash in sealed and/or tied plastic bags in outside dumpsters or compactors.
Empty and clean all ashtrays, urns and smokadors.

Washing:

Clean and sanitize urinals inside and out.
Clean and sanitize commodes inside and out.
Clean mirrors.
Clean and sanitize wash basins (washrooms and clinic areas, etc.) inside and out.
Clean and sanitize miscellaneous restroom and toilet fixtures.
Clean and sanitize restroom and toilet floors.
Clean and sanitize restroom wash basin wall area and toilet wall area.
Clean and sanitize shower rooms.
Damp wipe all restroom and locker room ledges and sills.
Spot clean walls, doors and trim

Damp Wiping Standards:

Surfaces shall be left clean and free from film or streaks upon completion of damp wiping.

Disinfecting Standards

Urinals and commode surface shall be disinfected with a concentration of quaternary disinfectant-detergent and allowed to stand in the fixtures for at least ten minutes
Bowl cleaner shall be used once weekly for lime and iron stain removal except where water conditions require more frequent applications. In these cases, bowl cleaner shall be used twice weekly.
